Homeseek is a computer game where players take on the role of a real estate agent trying to find the perfect home for their clients. The game is set in a virtual city and players must navigate through different neighborhoods and properties to find the best match for their clients.

Players start by selecting their client's preferences, such as budget, location, and specific features they are looking for in a home. They can then start their search by visiting different neighborhoods in the city.

Each neighborhood in Homeseek has a unique set of properties available for sale. Players can explore these properties by entering them and viewing their layout, amenities, and price. They can also interact with the current owners or potential neighbors to gather more information about the property and the neighborhood.

Once players find a property they think would be a good fit for their client, they can submit an offer and negotiate with the seller. The negotiation process involves considering the seller's asking price, market conditions, and the client's budget to make an appropriate offer.

If the offer is accepted, players must then guide their client through the final stages of the home-buying process, such as signing contracts, arranging financing, and coordinating the move.
